Small businesses are an important part of Inland Southern California's economy. That's why we need to not only cut through the red tape and continue to improve our region and state's business climate, we also need to ensure our region's small businesses have the resources they need to thrive and create good jobs.
I am proud to invite you to join me at the California Competes Tax Credit Workshop, co-hosted by the Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz), at Corona City Hall on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 2:00pm. This FREE event will help small business owners learn how they can qualify and apply for tax credits through the California Competes Tax Credit Program.
Since 2014, California Competes has awarded almost $340 million in tax credits to nearly 500 businesses, projected to create over 55,000 jobs. In fiscal year 2016-17, the Program will be awarding approximately $243 million dollars in tax credits to businesses planning to create new full-time jobs in the State.

As always it is an honor to serve you.
