In addition to the booming residential development, the City of Perris also benefits from
the additional traffic brought in by our high volume job market, which contains over
25,000 employees. Further, our local school districts add an additional component to
daily foot traffic, with 3 districts and 22 schools carrying over 1,500 staff and faculty
members, and nearly 19,000 students.

exceed 33,500 (based on an average 4-person household).
